Member Sales Manager

The Role We Need

PadSplit is looking for a Member Sales Manager to build and lead the sales engine that turns prospective renters into PadSplit members. As we grow, we need someone who can increase bookings, improve conversion, and manage the cost of acquiring each member while ensuring our member growth keeps pace with our host growth. This person will own the process, performance, and people responsible for delivering those results.

The Person We Are Looking For

We're looking for a proven sales leader who knows how to build, manage, and scale a high-volume inside sales team. You're equally comfortable developing a repeatable sales process, managing performance through data, and rolling up your sleeves to coach agents and work alongside the team. You're an owner who sets clear expectations, holds people accountable, and isn't afraid to make changes when the results aren't there.
