Chief of Staff

About the Role

Join an early-stage AI procurement software company as Chief of Staff, working closely with the founders on the company's highest-priority initiatives. You will own operational and go-to-market execution, build systems that support growth, and help the team adopt AI across its work.

What You'll Do

Move strategic priorities forward and turn decisions into measurable progress.

Own go-to-market execution and sales operations by building repeatable systems, playbooks, and automation.

Develop the operational foundation across reporting, tools, vendor management, and internal processes.

Identify AI tools, run experiments, and integrate useful approaches into the company's workflows.

Lead cross-functional projects from initial analysis through delivery, including work on markets, positioning, pricing, and partnerships.

Communicate key decisions and keep teams aligned so initiatives continue to make progress.

What We're Looking For

At least 2 years of experience in a demanding environment, such as strategy consulting, venture capital, a high-growth startup, or founding a company.

Daily, hands-on use of AI tools and a strong understanding of their capabilities.

Fluency in German and English.

Experience owning go-to-market execution or sales operations, including building systems, playbooks, or automation.

A track record of delivering cross-functional company-building projects.

Willingness to work on-site in Berlin, or currently based there.
