About the role

Building a More Resilient World

When things go wrong, insurance has one job: get people and businesses back on their feet. Too often, it doesn't. At ClaimSorted, we're changing that, and building a more resilient world where people and businesses have the confidence to go after bigger opportunities.

We're creating the company that will define how claims are handled for the next generation. The world's largest insurers and Fortune 500 companies already trust us to handle their claims and manage their risk.

And we're moving fast. We grew 10x in the past year, raised one of the largest InsurTech rounds of its kind, and are backed by Y Combinator, Atomico and Eurazeo. We ship, learn and improve every week, never settling for "how it's always been done."

We're just getting started. There's never been a better time to join.

About the Role

We're looking for an early career Claims Handler to join ClaimSorted in downtown Dallas!

This role is ideal for:

An adjuster with 1–2 years of experience who wants to build their career at a company that rewards performance, not tenure, someone licensed and early in their career who is hungry to learn the business and grow fast

We are looking for people with talent, ambition, work ethic, and the drive to build a real career.

If you join us, we will give you the training and support to become the best adjuster possible - customer service, coverage, investigation, data, and quality. Our goal is to help you become one of the best claims leaders of the future.

What You'll Do

Own a desk of claims end to end: from first notification of loss through to resolution

Communicate with policyholders throughout the claims journey, ensuring a clear and positive experience

Make sound, well-documented decisions and manage claims within your authority

Identify potential fraud indicators and escalate appropriately

Maintain accurate and thorough claims records for audit and compliance

Contribute to continuous improvement by working with operations and engineering

Who You Are

Willing to work 5 days in office in Dallas (in our amazing new office Downtown)

Texas All-Lines Adjuster license, with Texas designated as your home state

1–2 years of adjusting experience

Sharp, organised, and able to prioritise independently

A clear communicator, in writing and on the phone

Genuinely curious about how claims and coverage work

Comfortable using data to make decisions

Team-oriented, hardworking, and ambitious

Startup or high-growth experience is a plus

Why Join Us

This is a chance to grow faster than you would at a traditional insurer or claims business.

You'll be trained on our process and tools, but you'll be expected to ramp up fast and take ownership early. You'll get real responsibility, real training, and the opportunity to build your career in a high-performance environment that rewards talent and hard work.

If you're licensed, hungry to learn the adjusting business, and want in on a company early, we'd love to hear from you.
